I am honoured and very proud to serve and learning here at J.B Hagjer Degree College, Umrongso. I will work hard to gain your trust and respect as the college's new principal-in-Charge. My responsibility is to ensure that your child continues to receive high quality education within a safe and supportive environment.
It is my passion for education of our students that has driven me to strive for an inclusive and cultural education environment where every individual can meet their needs and succeed in their goal.
I believe such goals are achieved when ongoing collaboration between teachers , students and the community. Further, I believe a student -centered approach to learning that is challenging , relevent and engaging, will encourage students to take ownership in their own educational success.
Optimism, tradition, inclusiveness, service compassion, tolerance, hope and faithfulness are the underpinnings of a J.B Hagjer Degree College education. It is in this context that we seek to install in our students a passion for learning that will bring the knowledge and undestanding to make a positive contribution to the communities in which they live and work.
